Material & Machining Capabilities

  • Austenitic Grades: 303, 304, 316, and 316L for chemical resistance and food-grade compliance.
  • Martensitic Series: 410, 420, and 440C hardened alloys for wear strips, blades, and valves.
  • Precipitation Hardening: 17-4 PH and 15-5 PH high-strength structural parts.
  • Post-Processing: Citric/nitric passivation, electropolishing, bead blasting, and heat treating.

Fully documented traceability with Mill Test Reports (MTRs), full dimensional CMM inspection, and certificate of conformity with every order.

Engineering Expertise

Mastering High-Toughness Stainless Alloys

Machining stainless steel requires specialized cutter geometry, continuous coolant flood, rigid fixturing, and controlled feeds to overcome extreme work hardening and thermal retention.

01

Work Hardening Suppression

PRECI5 uses precision-ground carbide tooling with advanced TiAlN/AlTiN coatings to penetrate beneath work-hardened shear zones, maintaining uniform surface finish and stable chip morphology.

02

High-Pressure Coolant Delivery

Through-spindle high-pressure coolant (up to 70 bar) rapidly evacuates heat from the cutting edge, preventing thermal expansion errors and ensuring micron-level accuracy across high-volume production runs.

03

Passivation & Surface Finish

In-house chemical passivation restores the chromium oxide protective layer per ASTM A967 and AMS 2700, protecting finished components from pitting, crevice corrosion, and contamination.
