Work Hardening Suppression
PRECI5 uses precision-ground carbide tooling with advanced TiAlN/AlTiN coatings to penetrate beneath work-hardened shear zones, maintaining uniform surface finish and stable chip morphology.
High-Pressure Coolant Delivery
Through-spindle high-pressure coolant (up to 70 bar) rapidly evacuates heat from the cutting edge, preventing thermal expansion errors and ensuring micron-level accuracy across high-volume production runs.
Passivation & Surface Finish
In-house chemical passivation restores the chromium oxide protective layer per ASTM A967 and AMS 2700, protecting finished components from pitting, crevice corrosion, and contamination.
