Enterprise Fleet Architecture

Precision CNC Machining Equipment & Manufacturing Capabilities

At PRECI5, our production facility in Shenzhen is built around the strict requirements of complex, high-precision engineering projects. We operate a fleet of 114 CNC machining centers and supporting equipment, anchored by premier Mazak and FANUC platforms to ensure uninterrupted throughput and micrometer-level repeatability.

Supply Chain Reliability

Why Our Equipment Fleet Matters for Strategic Procurement

For manufacturing engineers and procurement managers, an equipment list is not an abstract catalogue—it is a verifiable map of operational risk mitigation. Unplanned downtime and tooling bottlenecks can compromise high-stakes supply chains. At PRECI5, our equipment ecosystem is architected around programmatic machine redundancy.

With 8 identical 5-axis machining centers and 39 standardized 4-axis vertical machines, we bypass single-point processing failures. If maintenance occurs or volume spikes, jobs transition across identical tool stations and CNC controllers without requiring program alterations or validation recertification.

Single-Setup 5-Axis Processing: Mazak C600 centers eliminate multi-datum cumulative stack errors.

Parallel High-Volume Cells: 18 FANUC high-speed machines drive 24,000 RPM cycle optimization.

In-House Multi-Tasking: Simultaneous turn-mill architectures execute complex turning and milling concurrently.

Secondary Finishing & Auxiliary Machinery

Beyond our primary 5-axis and turning lines, the remaining balance of our 114-unit machine shop inventory encompasses dedicated micro-hole drilling systems, precision internal/external cylindrical grinding units, high-precision surface grinders, and industrial honing systems (Sunnen and Puris). This full-spectrum integration allows us to achieve strict micro-finish surface textures and internal bore tolerances without third-party outsourcing.

Metrology & Verification

Quality Assurance & In-Line Inspection Rigor

Tight tolerances are only as dependable as the equipment validating them. Our climate-controlled quality lab guarantees strict compliance with drawings, GD&T callouts, and raw material verifications.

CMM

ZEISS & Sirius CMMs

Automated multi-sensor coordinate measuring systems capable of sub-micron volumetric spatial verification for complex 5-axis contours.

2.5D

Optical Video Systems

Non-contact 2.5D optical measuring instruments designed for precise micro-feature geometry, chamfers, and edge radius validation.

XRF

X-Ray Spectrometry

Material composition testing using X-ray fluorescence to ensure incoming aerospace and medical alloys comply with raw chemical specifications.

Ra

Surface Metrology

High-resolution stylus profilers to calibrate Ra, Rz, and Rmax values on critical sliding, sealing, and precision-honed bearing surfaces.

Production Scale Continuity

Seamless Scaling: From NPI Prototypes to Full-Scale Run

A persistent headache for procurement teams is transitioning from prototype fab shops to production manufacturers. Tool paths, fixturing logic, and surface finishes often drift during handoff.

PRECI5 solves this by manufacturing New Product Introduction (NPI) prototypes on the exact same Mazak and FANUC centers reserved for scaled production. The CNC feeds, speeds, tool compensations, and quality work instructions established during sample verification are locked and deployed directly into mass output cells.
