Incoming Material Inspection

Raw bar stock, plates, and forgings (aluminum, stainless steels, titanium, engineering polymers) undergo spectrometer validation against mill test reports. Non-conforming lots are quarantined prior to production entry.

First Article Inspection (FAI)

CNC programs, tool offsets, datum schemes, and workholding are proved out prior to volume manufacturing. Complete dimensional layouts ensure compliance with 2D drawings and 3D CAD geometry.

In-Process Inspection

Machinists and QA technicians execute timed dimension routing, checking critical tolerances, tool wear, and surface roughness. Multi-axis 5-axis machining minimizes repositioning errors across complex geometries.
