Precision Machining for Medical Components

Medical equipment parts combine intricate surfaces, micro features, and demanding dimensional relationships. We manufacture equipment-level components rather than complete medical devices; specific end-use biocompatibility, sterilization, and validation parameters are agreed upon during engineering evaluation.

Diagnostic & Lab Structures

Diagnostic housings, lab instrument frames, mounting plates, precision holders, and sample-handling mechanical brackets.

Fluidic & Motion Components

Fluid-handling manifolds, precision shafts, sleeves, collars, precision bushings, and multi-axis instrument adapters.

Tooling & Precision Enclosures

Custom assembly fixtures, equipment covers, chassis modules, and structural plates machined from titanium, 316L, or PEEK.

Quantified Precision

Critical Equipment & Metrology Matrix

Dedicated machining centers and certified laboratory metrology equipment allocated to high-integrity medical equipment manufacturing.

Process Engineering

5-Axis Kinematics for Complex Geometry

Our Mazak C600 five-axis machining centers allow us to access multiple compound angles and complex surfaces in a single clamp setup. By eliminating multiple fixtures, we substantially reduce cumulative datum error, ensure coaxiality across opposing faces, and achieve consistent feature-to-feature relationships.

Depending on batch size and part geometry, we select the optimal process balance across 5-axis, 4-axis vertical, horizontal milling, or turn-mill operations to balance cycle time, tool access, and dimensional stability.

Angled Holes & Bores Precision drilling along compound intersecting vectors.
Fluid Manifolds Multi-face ports and intricate internal micro-passages.

Materials & Technical Compliance Note

We machine a broad range of certified raw materials commonly used in medical and diagnostic assemblies:

316L Stainless Steel Titanium Grade 5 Titanium Grade 23 Medical PEEK Engineering Polymers 6000 & 7000 Series Al
Regulatory Scope Clarification: Material availability does not constitute an implant-grade, FDA approval, or sterile validation claim. We produce equipment and structural hardware. All biocompatibility, certification scopes, and clean-room cleaning criteria are validated strictly per customer drawings and applicable ISO 13485 quality agreements.

From Prototype to Pilot & Serial Production

Medical device hardware development follows disciplined stage gates. We provide engineering continuity through EVT, DVT, PVT, and ongoing batch manufacturing.

Phase 1

DFM & Prototypes

Engineering drawing review, toolpath optimization, single-cavity prototype builds, and design feasibility feedback.

Phase 2

EVT / DVT Runs

Small batch engineering verification test builds, dedicated fixture validation, and full initial CMM dimensional reports.

Phase 3

PVT & Low-Volume

Production verification testing, finalized process routing, FAI generation, and control plan baseline stabilization.

Phase 4

Serial Repeat Batch

Automated cycle runs on dedicated Mazak platforms, batch traceability, certified inspection packages, and safe export packaging.
